Zessan Sekai Meshi is a food-based essay manga by Dr. STONE artist Boichi, but unfortunately the creator announced plans to end it after the third chapter’s publication. While there are no specific details behind the decision, Boichi shared a message on Twitter and attributed it to the fact that “something sad happened.”

Beloved fans and readers,
I’m so sorry to break the bad news.
I have to stop my series, “Zessan Sekai Meshi” in Morning magazine because something sad happened.
It will be released until the 3rd episode.

The Zessan Sekai Meshi manga first kicked off in Kodansha’s Morning magazine on April 14. Our thoughts are with Boichi in whatever it is he’s going through at the moment.
