Gin-Iro-Neko Tea Salon takes inspiration for many of its custom tea blends from your favorite anime, manga, and video games. The latest addition to their menu is a line of quirky brews inspired by the stars of My Hero Academia.

The new selection consists of eleven teas, created with the students of UA High School in mind. A Deku-inspired blend combines green tea with lemon and yuzu for a bright, refreshing flavor:

While Bakugo’s blend combines two varieties of Ceylon with ginger, orange, and spices for an energetic caffeinated brew:

Other varieties include a strawberry-pink fruit tea for Ochaco, a “blue and red” Ceylon/mint blend for Todoroki, and a peppery rooibos for Eijiro. You can peruse the entire list on the Gin-Iro-Neko website.

Each tea is available in a custom designed tin containing seven tea bags, priced at 1,944 yen per tin. Pre-orders are now open on the tea salon’s website. Sales will expand to Animate stores and the Animate online shop tomorrow, and August 18 at the Gin-Iro-Neko Tea Salon flagship store. General sales will begin August 25 at shops where Gin-Iro-Neko products are sold.
